Concerts at First

The congregation of First United Methodist Church of Eugene welcomes you as we celebrate fifteen years of concerts and special choral worship services in our building.

One way in which First United Methodist Church serves the local area is by opening our doors and inviting others to share live music. CONCERTS AT FIRST is an expression of the talents, the resources and the passions of the people of First United Methodist Church. It is an offering to the people of our community and beyond.

We welcome all who come through our doors – our neighbors, our congregation and our world travelers. For most events we ask for a suggested donation of $10 to help defray costs and a contribution of non-perishable foods for the local food bank.

We invite you to join us, to share these musical gifts, to be touched by a Spirit that moves through the music and the company shared in this space. We hope that you will find your lives enriched and your imaginations expanded, your spirits deepened in these encounters with beauty, great music and extraordinary musicians. -- Dr. Julia Brown, Director of Music and Organist
